Dr. Qin has wide experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common ophthalmic diseases and those with multiple pathogenesis. She is especially good at diagnosis and treatment of vitreo-retinal diseases, such as optic neuropathy, macular degeneration and systematic ocular complications such as diabetic retinopathy, hypertensive retinopathy, etc.

毕业于成都中医药大学中西医五官专业，现任成都东区爱尔眼科医院门诊部主任。在眼科常见病与多发病的诊断与治疗方面积累了丰富的临床经验，尤其是眼底疾病的诊断与治疗，能熟练完成眼科常规手术治疗。曾多次参加国内玻切手术培训班，熟练掌握眼底内科疾病的诊断及治疗，如视神经病变、黄斑病变、全身疾病在眼部并发症，如：糖尿病视网膜病变、高血压眼底病变等。
